Image Road prides itself on being able to deliver affordable high resolution product photography. As each project is unique, individual quotes are provided and agreed to before we start. Below is a list of optional extras that may apply depending on your project.
On Location
Additional studio set up and travel costs apply for on location photography. These fees vary depending on location and size of the project. Additional fees will be included in the quote and agreed upon prior to the shoot.
Grouped Products
Sometimes a group shot is required to demonstrate your product effectively. We can cater for group shots to suit your needs. Group shot fees vary based on set up time and the complexity of the shot. Group shot requirements and fees will be included in the quote and agreed upon prior to the shoot.
Surfaces
Some products have extremely shiny or mirrored surfaces which require extra time to photograph. Items such as these may incur additional fees to ensure we obtain a result that gives your product justice. Fees for such work will be included in the quote and agreed upon prior to the shoot.
Transparency Masking (Background removal)
An additional $5 per image will be included for images that are requested to have a transparent background. Fees for such work will be included in the quote and agreed upon prior to the shoot, and the images will be supplied in tiff format.
Oversized Products
With the exception of clothing items, products larger than 60cm on its longer side are classified as an oversized product. It is possible fees may apply for oversized items based on set up time and the complexity of the shot. Any potential fees for oversized products will be included in the quote and agreed upon prior to the shoot.
Custom Projects
Some projects have specialised requirements with something extra not mentioned here like image manipulation or enhancements to suit your needs. We work closely with graphic designers who specialise in web marketing and the promotional products industry and are available to help. Please contact us for a tailored quote on customized image manipulation. We would love to help you.
Courier or Postal rates
Australian registered post (with tracking) will be used for items posted. Australian Post standard rates will apply and passed on to you.
If a courier is your preferred option, we can use a courier of your choice and have this billed to your courier account.
