By agreeing to an Image Road quote the client accepts all terms and conditions as listed below.
Quotes supplied by Image Road are based on information provided by the client, and places no obligation on either Image Road or the client.
A quote may be revised if the client subsequently provides additional information or changes their required specifications in which case the final price may alter.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date.
Invoices are to have 50% of the total paid prior to or at time of booking, with the remainder to be paid within 28 days of job completion.
Photographic images produced by Image Road must only be used for the purpose of product promotion. Images must not be sold, manipulated or provided to third party vendors without permission by Image Road. Image Road may retract permission for the use of images if the terms and conditions are breached.
Images produced by Image Road become licensed to the client for use in client publications on a royalty free basis. The client is granted permission to use the images in any form of media produced by the client without payment of royalties for their use. Image Road retains the copyrights for images which cannot be sold to any third party unless agreed to by Image Road.
Image Road Photography reserves the right to use the commissioned images in promotional material relating to the business. These images include products subject to copyright and/or trademarks.
During the photographic shoot, Image Road accepts no liability for injury to persons or products.
Image Road shall not be liable for indirect loss or third party claims occasioned by delay in completing the work or for any loss to our customers arising from delay in transit or breakage during transit.
If required, insurance must be arranged by the client.
Images will be taken according to the agreed quote. If any changes occur at time of photographic shoot, the client will be responsible for additional charges.
Products are to be supplied to Image Road in a condition suitable for photography. Products received in a condition which require excessive cleaning, repair or post production enhancements may incur a cost to the client.
Delivery and return of products to Image Road is the responsibility of the client unless agreed by both parties in writing.
Image Road reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
